What is Points2U and Points2U ^plus?
They are unique programs that reward you for using your Crescent State Bank VISA^® Debit Card.

PROGRAM RULES

How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every two dollars spent on eligible debit card purchases. In addition, with Points2U ^plus, you earn bonus points based on the dollars you spend at Participating Retailers. Each Participating Retailer may have a unique bonus point offer, so be sure to check our program website frequently for updated information.

We keep track of all of the points and combine them into your total points that you’ve earned. We will provide you with a monthly e-statement that displays the totals. If you provide an email address when registering to view your account online, you will be sent a monthly e-statement notification by email when your points are updated.

What is an eligible or qualified debit card purchase? An eligible or qualified debit card purchase is a transaction performed with your debit card that does not involve the use of a PIN number. This could include transactions where you would sign a receipt (or would have if the store had required it) and transactions performed on the Internet.

Can my Points2U points be combined with points earned on other programs?
Points may not be combined with, or transferred to, other reward programs.

Do Points2U points expire?
They’re good for three (3) years from the month they’re earned. So there’s plenty of time (and ways) to use your points.

Are Points2U points transferable?
Points are not transferable.

Is there a limit to the number of points that I can earn?
The number of points you can earn in a calendar year is unlimited.

When can I redeem points?
You can redeem points any time and can redeem as few as 750 points.

How do I redeem for travel?
Redeeming your points for travel is easy. Simply use our airline booking engine, redeem your points for a Travel Rebate Certificate to pay for all or part of your trip, or take advantage of one of our Travel Packages. If you need assistance, call our Service Center toll-free at 1-866-POINTS2U (1-866-764-6872) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What makes Points2U different from “frequent flier” programs?
Unlike typical frequent flier programs, your points are good for absolutely anything. You can book either through your preferred travel agency, direct with travel providers, or on the internet. Any airline… Any hotel or resort… Any train trip… Any cruise line… Any rental car… YOU NAME IT!

What if I already took a trip? Can I still get value from my points?
You can check your points and redeem online to receive a Travel Rebate Certificate. Follow the instructions on your Travel Rebate Certificate to receive a rebate credit to your card account, and we will issue your credit! For every 5,000 points you request to redeem for travel, you’ll receive a $50.00 credit to your Crescent State Bank VISA^® Debit Card account. It’s that easy!

What if I don’t want to travel?
You can redeem your points for merchandise and gift cards in our online catalog. If you need assistance, call our Points2U Service Center toll-free at 1-866-POINTS2U (1-866-764-6872) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I redeem for gifts?
Redeeming your Points2U points for merchandise and gift cards is easy! Simply compare the total points you’ve accumulated with the number of points needed for the item(s) you want. If you have enough points, go ahead and redeem. If you need assistance, call our Service Center toll free at 1-866-POINTS2U. Our reward specialist will take your order and you will receive your item(s) within 2-4 weeks.

Do I have to pay shipping and handling on merchandise I receive?
No, you will not be charged for shipping and handling.

Where can I earn bonus points?
Earn bonus points when you make a qualifying purchase at any of the Participating Retailers listed in the program website. We offer a large variety of retailers in popular shopping categories such as dining, automotive, home improvement, office supply, travel and entertainment.

How can I earn bonus points while shopping online?
Earn bonus points for your online shopping when you visit the online Participating Retailers through our program website. On the site you can review the offer and click through to the retailer’s site. Please note that to earn bonus points for online retailers you must shop through the program website.

How many bonus points will I earn?
Each Participating Retailer decides on their bonus point offer(s). To determine what purchases qualify, please review the offer details for specific retailer bonus point requirements.

How do I get my bonus points?
The bonus points are automatically deposited into your rewards account between 30 and 45 days from the date of purchase. If you do not see your rewards posted, please contact us.

Can my bonus points go into another account?
No, the bonus points must stay in your Points2U rewards account.
